Day Out at Launceston

A day organised by the Launceston History Group and Museum.

The day starts with coffee or tea in the Otho Peter rooms at Launceston town Hall, which includes a Powerpoint presentation to accompany the exhibition on Launceston buildings.

At 11, we begin a tour of the town concentrating on particular buildings, led by members of the History Group, ending with a visit to the Lawrence House Museum.

Lunch is bring your own or pre-order a pasty. We can picnic in the Museum garden or indoors at Jerico (originally the Launceston liberal Club)

The afternoon will be capped with a visit to Trecarrell Manor with tea and biscuits as the finalle.
